Conception of your wedding or evening dress

 

We are Professional couturier and dressmaker and designing dress is our profession .We endeavour to perform it in a most perfect way  as possible because we know that the gown you chose is for a particular and important event .

Modification of your dress if necessary.

 

In the eventuality of your dress does not fit you . you can return it to us . Either we adjust your gown to your new measurement if possible or we pay back. But please you are kindly resquested to contact us before sending your dress back.

However if you took your measure correctly , there is absolutely no reason why your dress should fit you like a glove . Moreover most of our dresses are closed by a corset to lace up in the back so it is very easy to ajust the dress at your measurement. We are Professional couturiers and dressmakers and we create a dress especially for you.

Packaging

 

We pack up your dress as careffuly as possible. The size of your package depends on the volume of your evening or wedding dress. its will rally round with a wrapping paper.

We use essentially package with a long lenght. Like this we can only fold your dress one time.We are professionals and we work with professionals carriers to offer you the best condition for your dresses !

The moment when you receive your dress will be a great moment of gladness.

 

Delivery delay

 

- Concerning the wedding and Evening dresses, Delay varies from a 5 days to 15 days maximum . When you order we will tell you exactly our delay which include the conception and the delivery. We can let you know pecisely when the dress is ready.

We work with carrier , like this we can choose together the day you willl receive your dress in order to you will be at your home.

 

- Concerning the Underwear, Delay varies from a 3 days to 8 days maximum according to the destination Country.

A tracking number will be sent to you by mail the day when your package is gone.
